Tags
A tag is a classification category assigned to scripts, cases, users, or tickets to organize them, filter them, and apply behaviors based on the tag type.
What it is used for
- Classifying cases by finding type
- Categorizing scripts (export, editing, visibility)
- Marking users (for example, access recovery)
- Classifying tickets
- Facilitating searches and filters
- Defining effects between tags (implied tags)
Configuration
| Field | Description |

| Name | Unique identifier of the tag |
| Style | Visual appearance: primary, secondary, success, info, warning, danger |
| Type (kind) | Scope of the tag: script, case, user, or ticket |
| Parent | Parent tag (optional), for hierarchy |
Relationship with other modules
- Applied to Cases, Scripts, Users, and Tickets through taggings
- Type options define behavior (export, editable, recovery, final, etc.)
- Effects allow assigning other tags automatically
- Used in filters, listings, and reports
